Hélio Olga's Residence*

This project was conceived as a prototype for housing projects on highly uneven sites, using industrialized structures and caulking.

The project was organized in two parts: the ground level - where the garage and swimming-pool are located - by the alignment of pre-stressed concrete and propped up against the terrain; and the wooden tower, which stands perpendicular to the level curvatures, and is supported by six concrete columns.

In its design, five modules were assigned to the first floor for living and service spaces; three bedroom modules for the lower level, along with two others for the guest room and the family room; and the stairs connecting them.
The structure is symmetric and balanced; its geometry is based on its own assembly system, with no need for scaffolding.
